Built on stilts with cistern and a small storage room on the ground floor while the living / dining area on the main floor looks out over the water. In addition there are two bedrooms and bath on the main floor. The top floor is a private master suite with bath and walk-in closet. The views are incredible. The porches and captain's walk are accessible through sliding glass doors at either end of the large room. The roof, surrounded by railings, is accessible from both floors allowing for quiet retreats and affording the opportunities to look at spectacular sunsets.
